FCL OCEAN TRANSPORT

container ship

Maritime transport in full containers, also known as FCL (full container load) is a safe and secure way to transport your goods by ship. After loading, the container is sealed and will not be opened until unloading, unless it is selected for random inspection at the port of transhipment / unloading. It is important to note that the goods must be adequately packed by the shipper, considering that the ship travels for more than 20 days on further routes, for example from China. After unloading in the port, the container is loaded on a truck and driven to the client at the desired address.

LCL OCEAN TRANSPORT

container on truck

Maritime transport in groupage containers is suitable for smaller shipments, when it is not profitable to order the entire container. The unit of account is cubic meter and weight. The goods are picked up by our agent from the sender and packed in a groupage container which is then sent to the Port of Bar, Rijeka, Koper ... where it is placed on a truck and brought to the customs warehouse. Travel time is longer than at full load (FCL) but considering the savings in the cost of transport this difference does not have to be crucial. Atomic-Sped can offer you competitive prices on all routes.
